Pricing

For an initial trademark search, consultation, and application filing, my fees begin from $149 per mark, per class,
depending on:
  1. How extensive the search and filing may be for your particular mark. Word marks take less time to search and file than picture marks, and marks using color.
  2. How much time is needed to create the goods or services for the classes of your trademark. For example, you may want broad coverage for goods (trademark) and narrower coverage for a service (service mark).
I will also help you format the goods and/or services of your trademark to file it in the proper class. When we proceed with filing the application I will need the following:
  1. All owner contact information including phone number
  2. Date of first use of the mark in commerce
  3. Nature of goods or services to determine proper class to file
  4. The mark to be filed in a jpg format
  5. If a picture mark, are you claiming color for your mark?
USPTO electronic application filing fee is $340 and may be reduced $50 depending on goods and/or services of your mark.
